1)前スレッドからスレッド名に変更無し
2)前スレッドからスレッド番号(★)が+1されている
3)>>1、に!extendコマンドが使われていない
※VIPQ2_EXTDAT:～の文が無い

以上の条件を満たすスレッドが正当な次スレとなります
