You need to increase the appearance rate of continuous attacks, make it impossible to avoid during continuous attacks, etc.

"トナカイの装い (Reindeer costume)" is also very weak.
This is because the shield occurrence rate is low.
That's why almost no one uses it.
Because "ウサギの耳 (Rabbit ears)" perform better.
