Dear "Acorn Cannon Team" I am in trouble. Please help us!!

The question I would like to ask is about my mistake, which resulted in me no longer being able to log in to the Hunter ID I had been using.

When I repurchased UPLIFT last month, I made a simple mistake and was no longer able to log in with the Hunter ID I had been using.

I sent an inquiry to "synic.org" about the problem of not being able to log in, and received the following reply, but the problem has not been resolved.
