"+" and "." are part of the RFC2822 specifications, and I will allow it.
If someone abuses the specifications by making a bunch of variations, then I can easily ban their gmail account and delete any donguri account they registered.
Im not worried because it is very easy for me to delete accounts that abuse the RFC2822 specification.
