警備員にログインしていないと/registerの登録画面は「どんぐりが見つかりませんでした。」と表示されます。
警備員にログインしてない状態でも登録できるほうが分かりやすいと思います。

If you are not logged in as a security guard, the registration screen at /register displays "No acorns found."
It would be clearer if users could register even without logging in as a security guard.
