New feature.
Now you can decide what donguri level is required to post on your thread.

How to:

On boards with the `BBS_USE_VIPQ2` board SETTING, `donguri=1` is now available.
You can use it with the `!extend` command.
!extend needs `BBS_USE_VIPQ2=2` in SETTING.TXT
`donguri=$level` should be the fifth parameter.
$level can be any number > 0

For example:
`!extend:checked:checked:1000:1000:donguri=1`
or
`!extend:checked:checked:1000:1000:donguri=0`

[森] <-- you have a lot of seeds
[警] <-- you have been hit by the cannon. its a warning before you become stinky
[臭] <-- you have been hit by the cannon from more than one person
[新] <-- your account is new

extendが使える板で強制どんぐりなスレが立てられるようになったのかな

BBS_USE_VIPQ2の設定値は2の他に4/8/16/256があるみたいだけど、2限定で有効なのか、0や未設定でなければいけるのか
