In regards to ACORN award delivery, the algorithm is as follows:

Every hunter who is activated within the past hour is added to a list.
Then 100,000,000 seeds are distributed evenly to the list after one hour.
The list is reset after seeds are distributed.
You must re-activate each hour.
Currently browsing with the desktop will automatically re-activate you if you are logged in with uplift.
You can manually re-activate by going to https://donguri.5ch.net/
Smartphone version will be supported for automatic re-activation soon.

If points cannot be distributed evenly, then the total amount distributed will be slightly less than 100,000,000.

Example:
If there is 1 active hunter, he will receive 100,000,000 seeds.
If there are 2 active hunters, they will each receive 50,000,000 seeds.
If there are 3 active hunters, they will each receive 33,333,333 seeds.
If there are 7 active hunters, they will each receive 14,285,714 seeds.
If there are 19 active hunters, they will each receive 5,263,157 seeds.
If there are 137 active hunters, they will each receive 729,927 seeds.
