I estimate that half of the posts on 5ch are made by scripts, making it impossible for users to communicate each other.

Please consider implementing Turnstile by CloudFlare. Some 5ch-compatible boards like エッヂ、嫌儲オルグ、ぷにぷに have already proven its effectiveness, and users would welcome its implementation.
